Rachel Greene - Business Directory

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). I draw on my own personal experience and adversities, my background in Mindfulness and Meditation and extensive training.

For the last four years, I have assisted and supported participants in numerous personal growth workshops and weekends, volunteered as a community counsellor at Esquimalt Neighbourhood House, and continued my own personal journey through intensive therapy and continuing education, including currently pursuing formal education in Contemplative Psychotherapy and as a certified Death Doula.

I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and confidante, but at the end of the day, I am a human being who is deeply invested in helping and supporting other human beings to discover their true value and worth in the world.

I am honored to have the opportunity to support others to gain awareness and understanding as to the things that trigger and constrain them, the things that bring them joy, the things that they fear, the ways that they strategize, avoid and escape, how they defend, and who they have become as a result.
